Basic Wages

Basic Wages is a synonym for Pay comprising the wages defined in a Labour Shareholder's employment contract. It is separate from Labour Share Dividends, User Share Dividends and Investor Share Dividends which may be paid to Labour Shareholders in addition to Pay.
