Co-operative and Social Enterprise Support Ltd (Cases Ltd) was created by Cliff Southcombe, Emma Green and Rory Ridley-Duff. It is the first FairShares Company in the UK, registered as Company No. 8341195 on 24th December 2012.

It is currently in receipt of EU funding to participate in cross-EU collaborations on social enterprise, and acts as a trading arm of Social Enterprise Europe for course delivery and consultancy work.

Due to its FairShares constitution, it can act as a hub for consultants to become members on Social Enterprise Europe through social licence agreements to advancing educational objectives.

Cases Ltd is now run by Emma Green, Cliff Southcombe and Andrew Picken. Directorships are also held by Social Enterprise Europe Ltd and Rory Ridley-Duff.
