Co-operative and Social Enterprise Support Ltd (Cases Ltd) was created by Cliff Southcombe, Emma Green and Rory Ridley-Duff. It is the first FairShares Company in the UK, registered as Company No. 8341195 on 24th December 2012.
It is currently in receipt of EU funding to participate in cross-EU collaborations on social enterprise, and acts as a trading arm of Social Enterprise Europe for course delivery and consultancy work.
Due to its FairShares constitution, it can act as a hub for consultants to work on Social Enterprise Europe project, and gain additional recognition for work undertaken jointly as partners to a social licence agreement.
