Labour Member

A member of an organisation created with FairShares Model Articles of Association. Labour Members have the same rights as Labour Shareholders in terms of governance, but do not own Labour Shares. Labour Members are defined in model rules for new FairShares associations that want to qualify as an Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) / Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) in their country, but implement all other aspects of the FairShares Model.
