A model constitution is a set of rules for the creation of an organisation. The FairShares Association provides model rules for:
User Co-operatives (Co-operative / Society Law)
Worker Co-operatives (Co-operative / Society Law)
Solidarity Co-operatives (Co-operative Society Law)
User-Owned Enterprises (Company Law)
Employee-Owned Enterprises (Company Law)
Solidarity Enterprises (Company Law)
Member Associations (Non-Profit / Charity Law)
Partnerships (Partnership Law)
