An appeal is a process defined in FairShares Articles for contesting a decision by taking the dispute to a General Meeting. It applies to Labour Contract Revaluation situations, and relationship disputes between members when the first attempt at a dispute resolution has not satisfied both parties. An appeal to a General Meeting must be put in the form of a Resolution that members can debate and vote upon.
