Labour Share Advances are advances of Labour Share Dividends to Labour Shareholders as part of their monthly remuneration. Labour Share Advances should only be made when the Governing Body is satisfied that a sufficient number of contracts for the supply of goods and services have been signed to generate the surpluses needed to satisfy them. There should be a monitoring system to ensure that Labour Shareholders understand the income levels needed to pay Labour Share Advances, and the level to which they will drop if income falls below expectations.
